研究内容

下記テーマで臨床的、基礎的な研究を進めています。

1. 婦人科癌の浸潤および転移機構の解明
   癌治療においては、転移を制するものは癌を制するといわれるように、転移は予 後を左右する重大な問題となっている。セリン・プロテアーゼ（インヒビターも 含めた）、プロテオグリカン、ケモカイン、血管新生因子などを中心に研究を行 なっています。
2. IGF-1受容体を分子標的とした婦人科癌治療
3. 子宮頸部細胞診検体からのHPV組み込み型子宮頸癌ハイリスク者診断法の開発
4. 術後血栓症の早期発見
   婦人科癌では、術後血栓塞栓症の発生頻度が高いことが知られています。D-dimer に加え、可溶性fibrin monomerを測定し、早期に術後血栓塞栓症を発見する診断 法についての研究を行なっています。
5. 化学放射線治療に関する研究
   化学放射線治療は現在標準的な治療法となっていますが、日本人に対する最適な レジメンはいまだ決まっていません。最適な投与レジメンに関する研究を行っています。
6. 臨床試験
   より良い治療法を目指して、種々の臨床試験に参加しています。
